Phoenix Building

The Historic Phoenix Building was built in the 1870s. It rose “like a phoenix” from the ashes of the Westover Opera House. Currently, the five story building is home to a range of businesses, from Jimmy Johns and Panache Boutique to attorneys and artists. A newly renovated 1,200 sq. ft. office is available for lease.
